What time do we need to arrive?
Please make your way towards the drinks reception which will be located outside the marquee (weather permitted) at 13:30.
Will there be a ceremony?
No, we'll be doing the legal part before hand so you can all skip to the good bit!
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes there is ample free parking!
Is there WiFi?
Unfortunately there's no WiFi at the location. Hopefully you'll be having too much fun to go online!
Is there a dress code?
Cocktail/semi formal!
As the reception is located in a field it would be a good idea to choose your shoes accordingly!
Ladies - please no white !
Men - Formal wear, no shorts or jeans!
Are children invited?
As much as we love littles ones, we're having only children of immediate family and babies attend. Whilst we would have loved to welcome everyone's children there just isn't enough space to accommodate all. Invited children will be named on the invitation. We understand this may make it difficult to attend and we apologise for the inconvenience.
What time does the celebration finish?
There will be music and partying till 02:00 however feel free to arrange transportation earlier - we don't expect everyone to stay up that late!
Do we need to bring cash or card for the bar?
There is no need to open your wallet, we're supplying an open bar all evening!
What happens if it rains?
The reception will be inside however there will be a short outdoor walk to the toilets. If the weather isn't looking too good leading upto the date, we will have a small supply of umbrellas to use for these trips.
If the weather stops us from having an outdoor drinks reception then we will move this inside the marquees.
What's happening with food?
We have worked very carefully with our caterer to put together a delicious inclusive menu. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available but if you have any other dietary requirements please include these in your RSVP. There will be no nuts on site!

Is there any accommodation?
Yes!
The location we have chosen is also a campsite and you are welcome to pitch a tent or caravan at the site before the wedding. If you would like to do this then please include details with your RSVP.
Is there a list of hotels we can book?
The wedding is close to Shipston-on-Stour which has options of hotels, B&B's and air B&B's.
Here are the 3 main hotels information, we cannot guarantee availability so if you'd like to book a room we suggest doing it ASAP!
